Terms of Business – Business Directory

Chargeable items for web-site display are normally implemented automatically. Failure of the system to include these chargeable items should be brought to the attention of the administrators immediately by contacting: ‘admin @ hp16.info’ or telephoning 01494 863344.

Return / Refund Cancellation.

Chargeable items on the web-site may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase with a full refund given in the form of the original payment.

Cancellation of any services paid for will be actioned by the administrators within 7 days of the cancellation being presented to them – either by e-mail, telephone or written communication. Refunds for services provided after the initial 7day cancellation policy has expired will not be possible.
